Villa Nergis 2 Description
The villas were completed in 2007 and constructed by ‘Artev Homes’, one of Turkey’s most respected builders who were voted Constructor of the Year in 2006.
As location is always of the utmost importance to Panoramic Villas & Apartments, Villa Nergis is situated on the beautiful ‘Hill View Gardens’ development just outside the picturesque village of Yalikavak. The coast and surrounding countryside in a peaceful and tranquil setting, yet close enough to Bodrum to provide everything you could ever want from a large, buzzing seaside resort.
Villa Nergis has a private garden which runs all around the villa with garden furniture, sun beds (with mattresses), sun shades, private pool and stunning panoramic views of the coast and mountains. The rear of the villa backs onto a nature area which makes the garden very private.
The Hill View Gardens resort is very friendly and not very large, being owned by private individuals it's not overcrowded, in addition to your private pool at the villa you also have the choice of many beautiful community pools ranging from the main pool, adjacent to the restaurant and bar which boasts a water slide and Jacuzzi. There are plenty of secluded pools and loungers tucked away in the grounds offering stunning panoramic views and great places to settle for some peace and relaxation.
On site is a twenty four hour reception to help out with any requests, the gated resort also provides peace of mind so you can concentrate on relaxing during your stay. The resort boasts an amazing selection of facilities which are all available to use throughout your stay.

The on site mini-market provides all your daily requirements. There are large supermarkets a few miles away, providing a full range of products just like you would find in the UK.
You can book various excursions, boat trips, car hire etc at reception. Turkey is outside the EU community and does not have the Euro, so a great place to visit at the moment and is on average is 33% cheaper for everyday living, food, drink & entertainment.

The Turquoise Coast / Lycia Region
The Aegean Coast tempts tourists to Turkey with its long, beautiful beaches and forest hills. Ancient port towns such as Foça, Kusadasi and Bodrum have re-invented themselves as modern-day resorts with well-developed tourist infrastructures. But its popularity is nothing new; all the way back in the 2nd Century, Greek travel writer Pausanias wrote a glowing review of the Aegean Coast, praising its pleasant weather climate and splendid architecture.
The northern end of the coast is more popular with the locals than for foreigners, as the farther south you go the better the climate gets. There's plenty to see and lots of sunshine, and it’s easy to get to with regular bus routes from Istanbul and Ankara, and even a ferry from Venice during the summertime.
Bodrum / Yalikavak Area
Yalikavak, described as the St Tropez of Turkey, lies at the north-west corner of the Bodrum Peninsula, 17 km or 10 miles from Bodrum and used to be a fishing and sponge divers village. The permanent inhabitants of Yalikavak number around 6,800 people.
This fertile coastal region is ideal for sailing and all water sports and attracts many foreign yachts to the harbour that once sheltered mainly fishing boats. Yalikavak is renown for superb sunsets and its unspoilt shoreline and sparkling clean sea is one of the few remaining abodes of the endangered Monachus Monachus Mediterranean seals and therefore a protected area. In 2002 Yalikavak Bay was awarded the "Blue Flag" for its clean waters.
