Terms and Conditions
Paying for your Villa
Initial Deposit
Approx 35% deposit payable on booking (see price list for actual amount).
Balance
65% Payable six weeks before departure.
Refundable Deposit
In addition to the final balance a refundable deposit of £150 will be charged. This deposit will be refunded in full by return of post immediately on completion of your vacation, provided the Villa is vacated in a good condition (i.e. – no major breakage, no defacing).
All payments may be made by cash or cheque (made payable to A.J. Whittle). Please see notes on Balance Payment and Cancellation below.
Booking
The signing of the booking form confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below, and will be binding on all the persons intending to occupy the property whether or not such persons have signed the booking.
The booking between Panoramic Villas and the person making the booking (the client) is valid only after the booking form has been completed and signed and the appropriate deposit has been paid. The deposit should be the total amount. Once Panoramic Villas have confirmed the booking the signatory is responsible for the total price of rental of the property as agreed. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. If the full balance is not paid at this time then Panoramic Villas reserves the right to cancel the booking and the reservation deposit will be forfeit. Any booking made within six weeks of the commencement date will require payment in full along with the booking form. Bookings are not accepted from parties made up entirely of young people under 21 years of age. Occupancy of the property is limited to the numbers indicated on the property description. The client agrees not to sublet or share the property (except with the persons nominated on the booking form).
Balance Payment
Balance is to be paid six weeks before departure. This is also to include the refundable deposit.
Arrival and Departure
Villa Changeover Days
Thursday, friday or saturday - please enquire
Villas will be available to be occupied from 3pm onwards on arrival day and must be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure.
Panoramic Villas ask that keys are returned to our local representative immediately prior to your departure.
Liability
Panoramic Villas accept no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damages to persons or personal belongings – however caused. Panoramic Villas cannot accept liability for any loss of rental time caused by travel problems, flight delays, cancellations, industrial disputes or any events that are outside of our control in the form of Force Majeur. Liability is not accepted by Panoramic Villas for loss of main services (i.e. – electricity, water, etc.), or failure of appliances. However should an appliance fail we would request that our local house manager be notified immediately as repair or replacement may be possible. Should mains services be interrupted we assure our clients that this is usually a very short-term problem. If disconnection persists, please ring our house manager who will take all reasonable action to assist you.
Please note that Panoramic Villas cannot accept responsibility for any action taken within the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control by Panoramic Villas. There may be occasions when it is necessary for Swimming Pools to be maintained or repaired and Panoramic Villas cannot accept responsibility for non-use of any service or facility.
Renter’s Responsibility (See refundable deposit)
The client agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property and to take care of the property and leave all equipment in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday. In the event that anyone behaves in a manner that our company believes likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to anyone else Panoramic Villas reserve the right to terminate the client’s let immediately and forthwith. Panoramic Villas shall not be responsible for any costs the client may incur, nor pay any compensation or refunds as a result of such action. The client agrees to permit Panoramic Villas or their management company access to the property at any reasonable time during the period of the let.
Pets
Panoramic Villas do not allow animals, birds or reptiles of any kind in the property.
Smoking
For the safety and comfort of all our guests all apartments and villas are no smoking.

Additional Notes
1. Extensive detailed instructions on how to find your Villa will be forwarded to you but, should any difficulties be experienced, help is only a phone call away.
2. You will be greeted on arrival by our local representative who will hand over the keys and give you a tour of the facilities. A welcome food pack will await you on arrival.
