Situated just outside the charming seaside town of Yalikavak, our villas enjoy a picturesque location on the Hillside Gardens development overlooking the beautiful Aegean sea and surrounding countryside.

Although only approx. 30 mins from Bodrum airport and Bodrum town itself, the villas boast a peaceful and tranquil setting.

All villas are furnished to a high standard and comprise of 4 bedrooms (2 double, 2 twin) 2.5 baths and spacious open plan living area with lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons. Air conditioning (optional) throughout, 42” plasma TV, DVD player and selection of DVD’s. All have private pools set in own gardens and 2 sun terraces with dining furniture and sun loungers.

Maid service, pool and garden maintenance and welcome pack on arrival.
