Yalikavak - Our Villas

Panoramic have three 4 bedroom villas available for rental, all are identical (except for slight differences in décor/colour).

The villas were completed in 2007 and constructed by ‘Artev Homes’, one of Turkey’s most respected builders who were voted Constructor of the Year in 2006.

As location is always of the utmost importance to Panoramic Villas, they are situated in a cluster on the beautiful ‘Hillside Gardens’ development just outside the picturesque village of Yalikavak, offering panoramic views of the coast and surrounding countryside in a peaceful and tranquil setting, yet close enough to Bodrum to provide everything you could ever want from a large, buzzing seaside resort.

However, location is not everything and as usual we have pushed the boat out just a little bit further with the facilities we are able to offer in terms of interior specifications, such as Full Air Conditioning (optional) in ALL bedrooms AND living areas, plus huge 42” plasma TV, DVD player and a selection of movies.

We know you still like your home comforts! All villas do, of course, boast a private pool and all the mod cons you would expect from a QUALITY property.
