Apartment Yasemin 32 is situated in the grounds of the Hill View Gardens Holiday Village and Resort located high above the coastal village of Yalikavak, (45 minutes drive from Bodrum Airport and 20 minutes from Bodrum town) boasting stunning views, glorious sunsets and an excellent range of facilities for young and old alike, all of which are available to you during your stay.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 2 storey building, allowing you to take full advantage of the landscape which sweeps from the surrounding Turkish countryside to the Aegean Sea.

Apartment Yasemin 32 Description

Hill View Gardens was completed in 2007 and constructed by ‘Artev Homes’, one of Turkey’s most respected builders, voted Constructor of the Year in 2006.

Hill View Gardens is very friendly, not very large and being owned by private individuals - some of whom are permanent residents - it’s not overcrowded. You have the choice of several beautiful community pools ranging from the main pool, adjacent to the restaurant and bar, to secluded pools and loungers tucked away in the grounds, including one close to Yasemin 32.

There are also water slides, a jacuzzi, a fitness centre with indoor pool, gymnasium with modern equipment and sauna, an outdoor chess board, children’s play area and tennis courts. The restaurant caters for all needs ranging from breakfast, lunch, evening meal and snacks and you can also take away your meal. There’s a rooftop bar which provides an ideal place to watch over the children in the pool during the day or to watch the stunning sunsets over the Aegean Sea in the evening.

The on site mini-market provides all your daily requirements. There are large supermarkets a few miles away, providing a full range of products just as you’d find in the UK. On site is a twenty four hour reception to help out with any requests. All you need do is chill out and enjoy yourselves.

Apartment Yasemin 32 is close enough to but slightly away from the main pool and restaurant/bar area within Hill View Gardens. The indoor pool, gym and sauna are also nearby and the shop is only a small distance away. The apartment is in an ideal location for both couples and families with young children.

You can book various excursions, boat trips, car hire etc., at reception.

Turkey is outside the EU community and does not have the Euro, so it’s a great place to visit right now and on average it’s 33% cheaper for everyday living, food, drink & entertainment.

The Turquoise Coast / Lycia Region

The Aegean Coast tempts tourists to Turkey with its long, beautiful beaches and forest hills. Ancient port towns such as Foça, Kusadasi and Bodrum have re-invented themselves as modern-day resorts with well-developed tourist infrastructures. But its popularity is nothing new; all the way back in the 2nd Century, Greek travel writer Pausanias wrote a glowing review of the Aegean Coast, praising its pleasant weather climate and splendid architecture.

The northern end of the coast is more popular with the locals than for foreigners, as the farther south you go the better the climate gets. There's plenty to see and lots of sunshine, and it’s easy to get to with regular bus routes from Istanbul and Ankara, and even a ferry from Venice during the summertime.

Bodrum / Yalikavak Area

Yalikavak, described as the St Tropez of Turkey, lies at the north-west corner of the Bodrum Peninsula, 17 km or 10 miles from Bodrum and used to be a fishing and sponge divers village. The permanent inhabitants of Yalikavak number around 6,800 people.

This fertile coastal region is ideal for sailing and all water sports and attracts many foreign yachts to the harbour that once sheltered mainly fishing boats. Yalikavak is renown for superb sunsets and its unspoilt shoreline and sparkling clean sea is one of the few remaining abodes of the endangered Monachus Monachus Mediterranean seals and therefore a protected area. In 2002 Yalikavak Bay was awarded the "Blue Flag" for its clean waters.
