Booking

The submittance of the booking form confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions, and will be binding on all the persons intending to occupy the property whether or not such persons have signed the booking form. The booking between PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS and the client is valid only after the booking form has been completed and the full amount of the appropriate deposit has been paid. Once PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS have confirmed the booking the signatory is responsible for the total price of the property rental. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, if the full balance is not paid by this time PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS reserves the right to cancel the booking and withhold the reservation deposit. Any booking made within 8 weeks of arrival date must be paid for in full along with the booking form. Occupancy of the properties is limited to the numbers indicated on property descriptions. The client agrees not to sublet or share the property except with those named on the booking form. Bookings are not accepted from parties made up solely of young people under 18 years of age.

Paying for your Villa or Apartment

Initial Deposit
Payable on booking (please see website for individual amounts for each property).

Balance
Payable in full 8 weeks before arrival date and will include any optional extras and refundable deposit.

Refundable Deposit
In addition to the final balance a refundable deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded in full on your departure provided the property is vacated in good condition (i.e.no major breakages or defacing of the property).

All payments may be made by cheque (payable to A.J.Whittle), credit card or bank transfer. A small surcharge will be added to any credit card transactions.

Cancellation
Please note that if you decide to cancel your holiday written notification must be received from the lead name on the booking form as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from receipt of the notification.

Arrival and Departure
Changeover days vary from property to property, some flexibility may be possible, please enquire.

Properties will be available to be occupied from 3 p.m. on arrival day and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on departure day.

PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS ask that all keys are returned to our local representative immediately prior to your departure.

Liability
PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS accept no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, losses or damages to persons or personal belongings however caused.

PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS can not be held responsible for any loss of rental time caused by travel problems, flight delays, cancellations or any events that are outside our control in the form of Force Majeur. Liability is not accepted by PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS for loss of mains service (water, electricity etc.) or failure of appliances. However, should an appliance fail we request that our local representative be notified immediately as repair or replacement may be possible. Should mains supplies be interrupted we assure our clients that this is usually a short term problem. If disconnection persists please ring our House Manager who will take all reasonable action to assist you.

Please note that PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS cannot accept responsibility for any action taken within the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control by PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS. There may be occasions when it is necessary for swimming pools to be maintained or repaired and PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS can accept no responsibility for non use of any service or facility.

Agency Properties - (A)
Many of the properties advertised on the PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS website are company owned. However, we also advertise and take bookings for other quality privately owned properties in close proximity to our own. The owners of these properties are all known to us. Once your final holiday balance has been received, we will arrange for the property owner to contact you directly with all the relevant details for your holiday e.g. directions, key collections etc... However, should you be dissatisfied with your holiday home rental and wish to make a claim, the claim for these properties will be with the owner and not with PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS. We will of course be delighted to assist you in anyway we can. Our aim is always to please.

Renters Responsibility
The client agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property and to take care of the property and leave all equipment in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday. In the event that anyone behaves in a manner that our company believes likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to anyone else PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS reserve the right to terminate the client’s let immediately. PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS shall not be responsible for any costs the clients may incur nor pay any compensation or refunds as a result of such action. The client agrees to permit PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS staff access to the property at any reasonable time during the period of the let.

PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS do not allow any pets of any kind into their properties.

All our properties are strictly NO SMOKING apart from in the grounds.

Whilst every reasonable attempt has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate PANORAMIC VILLAS AND APARTMENTS accept no responsibility for unintentional errors or omissions.
