A large detached single level very high quality luxury private villa comprising of 3 double bedrooms, set in extensive private gardens with stunning night lit pool. Two bedrooms have views of the private garden/pool and the master bedroom has a lavish en-suite and king sized bed. An additional large high spec bathroom makes this villa ideal for a family. All are air-conditioned and heated (optional).

This luxury villa has marble/tiled floors throughout and is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all.

Villa Angelica Description (sleeps 9)

The large open plan LOUNGE/DINING ROOM has been furnished with high quality modern furniture throughout and features a large comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and separate leather/wicker seating area for evening relaxation. The DINING AREA has been furnished to a high standard with modern oak dining table/chairs with matching dresser unit.
There is more than adequate space for 2 additional quality camp beds should this be required.

The KITCHEN has been recently refitted with modern units, integrated fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, five ring hob and oven. A SEPARATE UTILITY ROOM contains a washer/dryer.

The huge MASTER BEDROOM has been furnished to a modern taste with a leather base king size bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, a LUXURY EN-SUITE with walking in power shower, bath/shower, wc, bidet and deluxe double washbasins. This room also has a garden view.
There is more than adequate space for an additional quality camp bed should this be required.

BEDROOM 2 has leather base double bed with fitted wardrobes and a garden view.
There is more than adequate space for an additional quality camp bed should this be required.

BEDROOM 3 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have been decorated with modern furnishings. There is more than adequate space for an additional quality camp bed should this be required.

BEDROOM 2 & 3 share the use of a SEPARATE BATHROOM which has bath/shower, wc, bidet and washbasin.

The villa is all on one level and makes the property ideal for families, elderly and wheelchair accessible.

Other notes:
15 minutes drive to beach and nightlife, 5 minutes walk to local shops and restaurants.

Garden and Outdoors
Large private pool with outdoor shower, BBQ area, extensive well kept private gardens with palm trees, large two tiered terraced garden areas with two parasols, sun loungers and garden furniture for al fresco dining. Villa Angelica offers magnificent 360 degree panoramic views to countryside and mountains with stunning sunsets to enjoy in the evenings.

There is also an outside undercover area with an exercise bike.
Villa Angelica provides secure off road gated parking within the extensive grounds and the use of three garages.

Fuengirola / Campo Mijas area

The villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation. A five minute drive takes you into the vibrant town of Fuengirola with no shortage of things to do for all types of holidaymakers ranging from such family fun activities as the aqua park, a trip to the zoo, host of sea sports, sight seeing on a horse-drawn carriage (or by foot), bustling bars, shops and restaurants.

The famous village of Mijas is a ten minute drive from the villa. There are amazing views from the village and many excellent restaurants.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are a thirty five minute drive. Both are a shoppers paradise. There is a fantastic marina in Puerto Banus.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa del Sol is one of Spain's most popular holiday destinations. Tourists are attracted to the region for the long hot summers which merge into the mildest winters, with over 300 days of sunshine over the year it's not hard to see why this destination is proving to be popular all year round.

Without doubt the many well kept beaches which have been awarded the European Blue Flag award, for high standards of water and sand hygiene help to provide a diverse variety of outdoor activities including, sailing, fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing. These are just a few of the activities available all year round.

The towns of Fuengirola with its golden beaches and extensive night life, and the picturesque hill top village of Mijas old town are both only a few minutes drive away, with Marbella and Puerto Banus easily reached in around 20 minutes.

Tivoli World Amusement Park (approximately 22 minutes drive) is the biggest amusement park on the Costa del Sol and offers both rides and a variety of shows including Flamenco and Wild West. To cater for younger children it has an area of the park call Tivolandia, which is perfect for kids to let off some steam.

Benalmadena Cablecar is right next door to Tivoli World, the cars run up to the summit of Monte Calamorro. Once at the top you can enjoy fantastic views over the Costa del Sol and on a clear day see Gibraltar and the North African coast. Each car can carry 4 people and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes, at the top you also have donkey rides, exhibitions of birds of prey and Spanish horse riding exhibitions all included in the price of the ticket.

Aqualand Aqua Park, Torremolinos (approximately 25 minutes drive) is the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, covering more than 70,000 square meters and has rides called Boomerang, Kamikazee Twister, Rapids and the Black Hole. The park also has an area for small children, waves pools, lots of grassy areas for those wishing to sunbathe, many restaurants and an 18 hole mini golf course.

Torremolinos Crocodile Park (approximately 25 minutes drive) is located in Torremolinos next to Aqualand.

Fuengirola Zoo (approximately 10 minutes drive) can be found in the centre of Fuengirola opposite Mijas Aquapark.
