5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, air con/heating, secluded gardens with large heated pool, 50" flat screen plasma TV, satellite channels and DVD player and a selection of films. There are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and a newsagent within a short walk of the villa.

Villa Casa Paseros Description

Imposing 2 storey entrance hall/dining room with galleried landing leading to first floor which comprises:

Large master bedroom with dressing room complete with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, double washbasin and wc This opens onto a separate sitting room with French doors leading onto the upper balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The sitting room has a double sofa bed so the room could be used as a children’s bedroom if needed, to make a private family suite.

The second bedroom on this floor has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom as in the master bedroom, plus its own access to the balcony.

Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has a double bed, en-suite bathroom as before and French doors leading to the lower balcony.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are situated on the lower floor, accommodation on this floor consists of double bedroom with en-suite shower and wc plus a further bedroom with bunk beds and 1 single bed, again providing a private family unit. There is also a small sitting room on this floor and a laundry room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The living accommodation on the ground floor comprises huge lounge area with ample seating with bay window enjoying magnificent panoramic views over the golf course and mountains, plus a feature fire place for a log fire in the cooler months.

The newly fitted state of the art kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and an American style fridge freezer, plus ample pots, pans etc. to cater for your party.

There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

All rooms have the option of air con/heating.

The ground floor balcony is accessed from the entrance hall and the lounge and is fully under cover and makes an excellent outdoor dining area.

The barbecue area also has ample seating for outdoor dining, with overhead blinds for shade in the day and is fully illuminated for evening dining, and the pool area is equipped with sun loungers, there is also a lower level garden area with various fruit trees which also leads to the gym which is equipped with a selection of machines and a punch bag.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa del Sol is one of Spain's most popular holiday destinations. Tourists are attracted to the region for the long hot summers which merge into the mildest winters, with over 300 days of sunshine over the year it's not hard to see why this destination is proving to be popular all year round.

Without doubt the many well kept beaches which have been awarded the European Blue Flag award, for high standards of water and sand hygiene help to provide a diverse variety of outdoor activities including, sailing, fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing. These are just a few of the activities available all year round.

The towns of Fuengirola with its golden beaches and extensive night life, and the picturesque hill top village of Mijas old town are both only a few minutes drive away, with Marbella and Puerto Banus easily reached in around 20 minutes.

Tivoli World Amusement Park (approximately 22 minutes drive) is the biggest amusement park on the Costa del Sol and offers both rides and a variety of shows including Flamenco and Wild West. To cater for younger children it has an area of the park call Tivolandia, which is perfect for kids to let off some steam.

Benalmadena Cablecar is right next door to Tivoli World, the cars run up to the summit of Monte Calamorro. Once at the top you can enjoy fantastic views over the Costa del Sol and on a clear day see Gibraltar and the North African coast. Each car can carry 4 people and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes, at the top you also have donkey rides, exhibitions of birds of prey and Spanish horse riding exhibitions all included in the price of the ticket.

Aqualand Aqua Park, Torremolinos (approximately 25 minutes drive) is the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, covering more than 70,000 square meters and has rides called Boomerang, Kamikazee Twister, Rapids and the Black Hole. The park also has an area for small children, waves pools, lots of grassy areas for those wishing to sunbathe, many restaurants and an 18 hole mini golf course.

Torremolinos Crocodile Park (approximately 25 minutes drive) is located in Torremolinos next to Aqualand.

Fuengirola Zoo (approximately 10 minutes drive) can be found in the centre of Fuengirola opposite Mijas Aquapark.

Hello Allan and Julia,

I just wanted to thank you for our brilliant holiday and say a huge thank you, the weather was not to good but the fact u gave us the Florida pool heater helped a great deal as like i said we are wet anyway so we all used the pool its was lovely and clean, and Phil was a star... came a lot to make sure we were ok and if we needed firewood he took us, he was remarkable and so friendly.

Agnes well what can I say she was SATISFACTORY lol I'm only joking she was an absolute star and made us very welcome and again she went out of her way to help us in anyway she could, sadly i fell on my way into town and Agnes took time out to take me to hospital and waited and brought me back. Don't know what we would of done without her and Phil.

The villa it's self was truly amazing its was just as it said on the tin.. clean and very luxurious we had a floor each. for the 10 days we were there we lived like kings and queens all our needs were pampered too by Agnes and Phil so once again thank you so much. Hope to use you again.

For the last 4 years we have had family holidays in Spain that have all been good but this year was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you. The Villa was more than we all expected, it was clean, lovely and big and of a very high standard, you certainly do take pride in keeping your places lovely.

I want to say a special thanks to yourself, Agnes and Neil, who we meet. You all made us feel very welcome which does make a difference when you're in an unfamiliar place.
